The Spring 2024 anime rankings are now complete, and the spring season has begun. Time flies, and we at Anime Corner have finished calculating the final seasonal rankings for the previous season. Date A Live V received the most votes, with more than 35,000 people participating throughout the season. It’s followed by WIND BREAKER and Mushoku Tensei Season 2.
From April 5, 2024 to June 28, 2024, Anime Corner held weekly polls to collect community feedback and rank weekly episode releases, followed by a final “Anime of the Season” poll from June 30 to July 9, 2024. Throughout the process, our polls collected information from 35,356 people; our findings are based on the total amount of data collected.
From Week 1 to Week 12, we polled weekly, followed by the previously mentioned “Anime of the Season” (Spring 2024 AOTS) poll. The final poll results accounted for 55% of the weight in the score ranking, with the remaining 45% derived from weekly poll results. The 45 percent weight is distributed over a 12-week period, with the results combined to form the list.
We used a weighted ranking to achieve a more balanced final result.
We’ve taken steps to reduce spam and data duplication while maintaining data integrity, such as logging each user’s IP address and limiting voting to one option per IP address per poll.
